Business Development Integration Specialist

Job purpose

The Business Development Account Executive will hunt, cultivate and onboard strategic partnerships with software companies to fully integrate with Payscape’s payment platforms.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains a high call volume to source new opportunities.
  • Implements success plans to follow newly acquired opportunities.
  • Oversees all integrations from initial point-of-contact to successfully integrated partnerships.
  • Participates in continuing education to develop skills needed to close partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborates with marketing team to develop professional, Payscape-branded presentations for any meetings along with leading and executing sales presentations.
  • Attends local networking events for prospect opportunities.



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Knowledge of payment industry required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Metrics driven and willing/able to sustain a high level of activity in order to achieve assigned goals.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills that fit within multiple arenas.
  • Tech savvy and a fast learner with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.


Working Environment

This position operates in a fun, energetic atmosphere as well as a positive and supportive culture.   This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, and scanners.


Travel Component

Some travel required; up to 30%.
